We collect only what we need to run JusticeCFO, keep each firm's data separate, and never sell your data.

1. Information we collect

Account information (name, email, firm), the case, financial, and firm data you or your users enter or import, records of AI tool activity, and basic technical data needed to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide, secure, and improve the Service, to calculate your firm's metrics, to send account and security emails, and to comply with law. We do not sell your data.

3. Firm isolation and access

Each firm's data is separated from other firms. Your firm's administrators control which users and connected AI tools can access your data.

4. Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure, email, and payment providers to operate the Service. They process data only as needed to provide their services.

5. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Firm administrators can remove users and request deletion of all firm data from the Team page.

5a. Data retention

Firm data is kept while your account is active. After a firm administrator requests deletion, firm data is permanently deleted after a 30-day cancellation window, and removed from encrypted backups within a further 30 days.

Billing records are kept for 7 years where tax and accounting law requires. A record that a deletion was requested and completed (firm name, requester, and dates) is kept for 7 years.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and optional two-factor authentication. No system is completely secure.
